Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven B2B Sales Specialist from an interiors background who can drive lead generation, brand awareness, and on-ground sales across Delhi NCR. The role requires strong field presence, offline marketing execution, and relationship building with key real estate stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales

  • Generate leads through offline marketing activities and local outreach.
  • Conduct cold calls on offline lead databases.
  • Fix and schedule qualified client meetings.
  • Maintain consistent pipeline generation through daily field efforts.

2. Brand Building Activities

  • Plan and execute canopy activities in residential societies and high-potential areas.
  • Represent the brand confidently during on-ground activations.
  • Drive brand awareness across Delhi NCR.

3. Builder & Channel Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and property dealers.
  • Develop referral channels through real estate networks.
  • Identify new project handovers and tap early-stage homeowners.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the design and operations teams for smooth lead handover.
  • Track daily field activities, leads generated, and meetings fixed.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups and conversion tracking.

Candidate Profile

  • 24 years of experience in interior/home interiors sales
  • Real estate exposure
  • Prior exposure to modular + civil interiors preferred.
  • Experience engaging with builders and property dealers is highly preferred.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with field sales and outdoor activities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
  • Open to travel within Delhi NCR.
  • Own vehicle preferred.

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Confident in handling objections and closing sales over the phone.
  • High level of motivation and a target-driven attitude.
