Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales through regular field visits, client meetings, and proactive market development activities.
  • Identify and onboard new customers within targeted industries requiring flexible packaging solutions.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Understand customer requirements related to packaging specifications, pricing, volumes, and timelines, and coordinate with internal teams for execution.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and negotiations leading to successful closures.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity reports through office-based planning and follow-ups.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client locations as required.
  • Take complete ownership of assigned territories, targets, and customer relationships with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging, packaging materials, or manufacturing-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of flexible packaging products, materials, pricing structures, and market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate with clients, and close sales independently.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness and ability to spend significant time in the field for client visits and business development.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability for sales targets and customer relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a work-from-office plus field sales environment.
  • Performance-linked compensation model awareness preferred.
