Role Description

This is an on-site internship role located in Thane for a B2B Sales Manager in the jewelry industry. The role involves identifying and building relationships with B2B clients, executing sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets, and conducting client presentations. The candidate will manage the client portfolio, negotiate deals, and ensure timely follow-ups and after-sales support while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills to build and maintain B2B client relationships
  • Proficiency in account management, strategic planning, and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the jewelry industry and experience in digital gold or similar platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
