Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement
- Engage with qualified franchise and business partnership leads via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Identify and approach potential franchise partners, investors, and education entrepreneurs.
- Understand partner business goals and evaluate alignment with the BIA franchise model.
- Deliver structured presentations explaining the business opportunity and value proposition.
Sales Conversion & Revenue Growth
- Manage the complete B2B sales lifecycle from initial interaction to deal closure.
- Drive franchise acquisition through consultative selling and relationship-based engagement.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, and partnership alignment conversations.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture prospects and improve conversion rates.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong professional relationships with prospective and newly onboarded partners.
- Act as a brand representative while maintaining professionalism and trust.
- Ensure smooth communication between prospective partners and internal teams during finalization stages.
Basic Sales Coordination
- Coordinate internally for documentation, proposals, and agreement processing required for closures.
- Maintain accurate sales activity updates and pipeline tracking in CRM systems.
- Support a smooth transition of signed partners to internal teams after deal closure.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in B2B sales, business development, franchise sales, or partnership acquisition.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and stakeholder discussions.
- Target-driven mindset with strong closing skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems preferred.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- An MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an advantage.
