Job Description

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Research and build connects with target companies and senior stakeholders (CXOs, leadership teams, L&D and business heads)
  • Drive lead generation and outreach via Calls, email & Linkedin.
  • Lineup meetings, follow-ups, and drive further discussions.
  • Help create pitch decks, proposals, and other materials.
  • Maintain CRM updates and basic pipeline tracking.

Competencies

  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Professional business etiquette when engaging senior stakeholders
  • Ability to organize data and follow up systematically
  • Willingness to learn consultative B2B sales
  • Basic proficiency with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools (preferred)
