B2B Sales Hunter / Sales Development Rep

What We're Looking For

  • A sales hunter mindset, not just a lead generator.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in IT services sales
  • Someone who can bring business, not just follow up on inbound leads.
  • Highly motivated professional with a results-driven approach to Sales.

This Role Is NOT for Everyone

We are looking for a True Sales Hunter someone who knows how to generate leads, open doors, and CLOSE deals. If you are someone who waits for marketing leads, this role is NOT for you.

What You Will Be Responsible For

You will own the complete sales cycle including:

  • Building your own pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients
  • Generating leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conducting discovery calls with prospects
  • Pitching our services and understanding client needs
  • Creating proposals and negotiating deals
  • Closing projects and bringing revenue to the company
