Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive located in Bhopal. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving targeted sales goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will also need to collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives and report regularly on sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record in closing sales and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and related sales tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, particularly in the fertilizer or chemical industry, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to travel as required and strong understanding of the local market in Bhopal

Work Experience

Minimum 3 years of working experience in B2B/B2C sales in agro Chemical Industry

(And candidate have a own generated leads)
