We're Hiring: B2B Sales Executive Modular Kitchen & Interiors

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive with 23 years of experience in modular kitchens or interiors to manage field sales and dealer relationships across Maharashtra.

Role: B2B Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Location: Maharashtra (Field-based)

Experience: 23 years (Modular Kitchen / Interiors preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive field sales and manage dealer relationships
  • Onboard new dealers and manage showroom placements
  • Conduct 5+ dealer meetings daily
  • Travel up to 15 days per month for business development
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in interiors/modular kitchens
  • Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, fittings, and hardware
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Basic MS Excel and reporting proficiency
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready mindset
