Job Description

About Us Exalix Tech is an ERPNext implementation and consulting firm helping SME manufacturers, traders, and distributors in Gujarat digitize their operations.

Role You will own outbound sales - from cold outreach to closure. You'll be selling ERP implementation projects and Annual Maintenance contracts to business owners.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and approach prospects via LinkedIn, cold calls, referrals, and field visits
  • Set up and attend client meetings
  • Understand client pain points and position ERPNext as the solution
  • Follow up consistently and push deals to closure
  • Coordinate with the technical team post-sale for smooth handover

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years B2B sales experience (ERP, software, or SaaS preferred)
  • Comfortable talking to factory owners, purchase managers, and directors
  • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; English is a plus
  • Self-driven - you don't need hand-holding
  • Based in Ahmedabad

Compensation

  • ₹15,000/month fixed
  • 7% commission on every closed deal
  • No cap on earnings
