Role Overview:
Handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with B2B clients, and manage leads from online B2B portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to enquiries from B2B portals, email, and calls
- Prepare and share quotations
- Follow up to convert enquiries into orders
- Manage B2B portal listings and leads
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and dispatch
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce, or related field (preferred)
- 14 years of experience in B2B sales or chemical trading (preferred)
- Experience handling B2B portals and online leads
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and close deals
- Basic knowledge of chemicals and industrial products is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, email, etc
