Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive based in Jamnagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth. Key tasks include prospecting leads, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely order delivery. The role involves analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, meeting monthly and quarterly targets, and representing the company at industry events and exhibitions.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Business Development, Client Prospecting, and Key Account Management
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Knowledge of the manufacturing and industrial components sector, particularly in CNC turning components
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and derive data-driven strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages being an asset
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required
