Role Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and driven B2B Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in corporate sales within the EdTech and training industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, emails, calls, and databases
Reach out to HR, L&D Managers, Training Heads, and decision-makers
Understand client training requirements and propose suitable training solutions
Schedule meetings, calls, and training discussions with prospects
Prepare and share training proposals
Maintain accurate records and database
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures
Eligibility & Qualifications:
Experience: 02 years in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
Industry Exposure: EdTech, Training, IT Services, Staffing, or similar industries preferred
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate (Tier 1 or Tier 2 colleges preferred) MBA preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills and strong sales interest are encouraged to apply
