About the Role
We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to drive franchise expansion, business partnerships, institutional collaborations, and lead conversion activities. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, or partnership acquisition who are looking to grow in a high-performance sales environment. The role involves lead engagement, relationship building, consultative selling, follow-ups, and end-to-end coordination throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Lead Generation & Prospect Engagement
- Connect with qualified business and franchise leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
- Identify potential franchise partners, business associates, education consultants, and institutional partners
- Understand client business requirements and assess alignment with BIA's offerings
- Deliver structured presentations and explain partnership opportunities effectively
- Build and maintain strong prospect pipelines
Business Development & Sales Conversion
- Manage the B2B sales process from lead qualification to closure support
- Conduct consultative discussions to drive partner acquisition and business growth
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve engagement and conversion
- Handle sales coordination, commercial discussions, and partnership communication
- Support revenue generation and business expansion initiatives
Relationship Management
- Build professional relationships with prospective clients and partners
- Maintain strong communication and engagement throughout the sales cycle
- Act as a brand representative while maintaining professionalism and credibility
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and partner support
Sales Coordination & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate lead and sales activity updates in CRM systems
- Track follow-ups, meetings, proposals, and sales progress
- Coordinate internally for documentation, proposals, agreements, and sales support activities
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and pipeline updates

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities

- Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking systems preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage
