Role Description
This is a full-time fully remote role (but on-site in Mumbai for the first month is mandatory) for a B2B Sales Executive at BeyondChats.
What You'll Do
- Lead qualification & pipeline building: Identify high-intent prospects and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
- Outbound sales outreach: Reach out daily to B2B businesses via calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
- Consultative selling: Understand the client's current setup (website, ads, WhatsApp, front desk challenges) and pitch how BeyondChats solutions actually solve their pain points.
- Product understanding: Understand BeyondChats offerings inside-out - features, ROI stories, use cases, and pricing - and convey them in simple language.
- Sales closures: Own the deal from first conversation to closure. Follow up, handle objections, and convert.
- CRM Management: Keep updated records of all leads, follow-ups, and deal stages.
- Cross-team coordination: Work closely with marketing and product teams to share feedback from the field and improve conversions.
- Reporting & insights: Share weekly updates on outreach, conversations, conversions, and learnings.

- Strong communication & persuasion skills (spoken + written)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
- Curious mindset - you want to understand the product, the industry, and the customer
- Ability to listen first, then sell (consultative, not pushy)
- Organized, disciplined, and consistent with daily outreach
- Comfortable using tools like CRM, Google Sheets, LinkedIn

Salary:
- Base Salary: 40k per month
- Bonus: 10% of all revenue generated through you (You can easily cross 20k+ in bonuses every month)
