Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive located in Kolhapur. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include reaching out to potential clients, conducting in-store presentations, negotiating contracts, and addressing client inquiries. The role also involves market research, identifying customer needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Sales expertise and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of the B2B sales process and customer relationship management tools
  • Proficiency in Southern Languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the Jewellery industry is a must.
