Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Drive sales and revenue growth for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory.
  • Acquire new accounts and expand share of wallet in existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all product lines.
  • Achieve Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) targets.
  • Maintain a healthy sales funnel and contribute to sustained business development.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the single point of contact.
  • Negotiate and close orders/contracts to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Understand client requirements to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution and service fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform sales strategy.
