About The Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for legal property documentation services in Bangalore. This role is critical to achieving our growth objectives through effective market penetration, faster customer acquisition, and consistent business development in the real estate sector.

Job Role / Title: Manager - Sales & Business Development (B2B segment)

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

Education : UG:Any Specialization

Relevant Experience: 3-4 years

Annual salary: As per Industry standards

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company's Go-To-Market strategy with precision and speed
  • Drive B2B sales and build long-term relationships with real estate stakeholders
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the Bangalore market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Represent the company in industry events, associations, and networking forums

Mandatory Requirements

  • 3- 4 years of proven B2B sales experience in the Bangalore market, specifically within the real estate industry
  • Strong geographical knowledge of Bangalore and its real estate landscape
  • Basic understanding of legal and procedural aspects related to real estate transactions
  • Excellent communication (Kannada & English (Mandatory),Hindi (good to have))
  • Good client management ability.
