Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive
B2B Sales Associate who can drive
lead generation, cold outreach, follow-ups, client meetings, and conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to customers, closing deals, and growing accounts in a startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate leads through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, references, and field visits
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients (D2C, QSR, E-commerce, Corporate, etc.)
- Qualify leads and understand customer procurement needs
Client Engagement
- Conduct client meetings (online & in-person) to present EnviPack's offerings
- Coordinate samples, quotations, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
Follow-ups & Conversions
- Regular follow-ups to move deals forward
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, samples, and execution
Account & Reporting
- Share daily and weekly sales reports
- Support repeat business and upselling opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / field sales
- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Willingness to meet clients and travel locally
- Basic understanding of quotations, pricing, and negotiations
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and process-focused
Good to Have
- Experience in packaging, procurement, logistics, or FMCG B2B
- Startup experience
