Job Description

Skill-Lync has built an alternative platform for engineering education. The last 2 decades have seen an increasing disconnect between industry and academia - this has resulted in colleges not teaching industry-relevant technical skills and thereby students becoming unemployable. Skill-Lync is a Y Combinator (2019) start-up that is solving this problem at scale leveraging technology and an ecosystem of industry experts, engineer-trainers, and offline- centers.

Skill-Lync has found its Niche and already has a significant presence in the B2C segment. We are now keen on growing our B2B Vertical with corporates solving their Upskilling & Re-Skilling demand through our Advanced courses, future Ready curriculum, and blended learning through both Online/Offline Mode. As we grow, we will start with our Niche focusing on our Target Industry - OEMs (Automotive, Aviation, Medical Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, Engineering & Construction, etc.), Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers, Global captives of OEMs, and Tier-1 Suppliers and Engineering Services Outsourcing Companies

Job Responsibilities

  1. Outreach to CXO-level Executives: Connect with CXO-level leaders in the Research & Development (R&D) and Learning & Development (L&D) sectors.
  2. Research and Database Creation: Gather and compile data to build a detailed database of CXO contacts in R&D and L&D.
  3. Schedule Calls and Meetings: Set up calls and meetings with potential clients.
  4. Participate in Meetings: Attend meetings alongside the Enterprise Sales Manager to understand client needs and offerings.
  5. Follow-Up Engagement: Follow up with clients post-meeting to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  6. Reporting: Report your activities and progress to the Regional Head.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 Yrs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a sales support role or customer service is a plus.
