We work with companies that want their gifting to reflect their sustainability commitments, and we're looking for someone who can help grow these partnerships.
What the role involves
This is a B2B sales role focused on building relationships with corporate clients.
Your work will involve:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential corporate clients
- Generating leads through research, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
- Using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers and start conversations
- Connecting with HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Admin teams within organisations
- Managing the full sales cycle outreach, pitching, proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Following up consistently with prospects and maintaining active conversations
- Working with the internal team to develop customised gifting solutions for clients
- Keeping track of leads, deals, and pipeline progress
- Working toward monthly and quarterly sales targets
Experience & skills
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate sales
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator / LinkedIn Premium for prospecting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new prospects
- Organised with follow-ups and managing multiple leads at once
- Minimum 1-4 years of work experience working in sales.
