Role Overview

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimize the entire revenue engine at TenseAi. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will be responsible for building scalable systems, improving conversion efficiency, and enabling revenue teams with data, automation, and process clarity.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands B2B SaaS revenue, funnels, tooling, and automation.

Key Responsibility

Revenue Strategy & Operations

  • Design and manage end-to-end revenue workflows across lead generation, sales, onboarding, and retention
  • Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes into a single revenue system
  • Own revenue forecasting, pipeline health, and performance metrics

Sales Operations

  • Build and optimize CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation
  • Define lead scoring, qualification frameworks, and handoff processes
  • Support sales teams with dashboards, reports, and performance insights

Marketing & Growth Operations

  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize inbound and outbound funnels
  • Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution models
  • Enable campaign automation and data-driven experimentation

Automation & Systems

  • Implement automation using TenseAi workflows, CRM tools, and integrations
  • Reduce manual work across revenue teams using AI-driven processes
  • Continuously improve the efficiency and scalability of revenue operations

Data & Analytics

  • Create real-time dashboards for revenue, growth, and team performance
  • Analyze bottlenecks and recommend data-backed improvements
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across tools

Requirments

  • 0-1 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS sales and revenue models
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, metrics, and forecasting
  • Experience with automation tools, workflows, or no-code platforms is a big plus
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
