Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Partnerships Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships across the healthcare and wellness ecosystem. This role will focus on expanding our medical and institutional channels for science-backed longevity supplements, driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth through trusted partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Medical Partnerships

  • Build and manage relationships with doctors, functional medicine practitioners, and longevity specialists
  • Onboard clinics and hospitals for product recommendation, integration, and retail opportunities
  • Establish Decode Age as a credible partner in preventive and longevity-focused healthcare

Institutional Sales

  • Develop partnerships with wellness centres, diagnostic chains, and health clinics
  • Identify and execute bulk sales and clinic distribution opportunities
  • Create scalable institutional sales pipelines across key regions

Education & Outreach

  • Conduct product education sessions, workshops, and scientific discussions with doctors and wellness practitioners
  • Support knowledge-sharing initiatives around longevity, NMN, and preventive health
  • Strengthen brand credibility through evidence-led engagement

Business Development

  • Identify and unlock new B2B channels within healthcare, wellness, and preventive health ecosystems
  • Drive institutional partnerships that contribute to sustainable revenue growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans

Ideal Candidate

  • 37 years experience in pharma / nutraceutical / healthcare partnerships
  • Strong network with doctors, clinics, or wellness centres
  • Based in Bangalore
  • Comfortable doing in-person meetings and partnerships
