Key Responsibilities
- Client engagement & presentations:
- Conduct product demos and presentations for corporate clients, institutions, and partner organizations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend the right solutions.
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
- Lead generation, outreach & marketing activities:
- Identify potential B2B clients and generate leads through calls, emails, events, and campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales funnel. Support and execute BTL marketing activities & collaborate with marketing teams to create outreach strategies.
- Assist in planning and running marketing campaigns to attract corporate or institutional clients.
- Market/Competitor research & relationship management:
- Study market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
- Share insights to improve marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and support post-demo queries.
- Coordination & team support:
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Support field activities, events, and training sessions whenever required.
