Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in okhla phase 2 Newdelhi for a Customer Relationship Management Internship. The role involves managing and building strong relationships with customers, supporting sales operations, and coordinating with teams to ensure effective B2B Customer execution. The specialist will handle CRM systems to analyze customer data, resolve issues promptly, and collaborate on strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills and data interpretation
  • Project Management expertise to oversee and execute tasks efficiently
