Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Manager in the FMCG sector located in Chennai. The B2B Manager will manage day-to-day business operations, develop and execute business strategies, identify business opportunities, and build relationships with clients and stakeholders in the FMCG space. The role involves overseeing sales operations, analyzing market trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals.

  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, forecasting, and data interpretation
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategic execution
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in Sales Operations and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant business management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
