Responsibilities
Client relationship management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of the client's business objectives. Drive repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Strategic account planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts.
Growth and expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing accounts to increase sales revenue.
Sales and negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients and manage sales activities to achieve targets.
Client advocacy: Act as the main point of contact, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by bridging client needs with company solutions.
Internal collaboration: Work with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, logistics, and design, to deliver seamless client experiences.
Reporting and analysis: Monitor sales data using CRM software and compile reports for top management.
Market intelligence: Conduct market research and share insights with the team to improve organizational capabilities

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years of relevant work experience in, textiles industry
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
