Core responsibilities
- Client relationship management:Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of the client's business objectives. Drive repeat business by ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Strategic account planning:Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts.
- Growth and expansion:Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to existing accounts to increase sales revenue.
- Sales and negotiation:Lead negotiations with key clients and manage sales activities to achieve targets.
- Client advocacy:Act as the main point of contact, resolve client issues, and ensure customer satisfaction by bridging client needs with company solutions.
- Internal collaboration:Work with internal departments, such as marketing, sales, logistics, and design, to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Reporting and analysis:Monitor sales data using CRM software and compile reports for top management.
- Market intelligence:Conduct market research and share insights with the team to improve organizational capabilities
