Job Description

We're looking for a B2B Inside Sales Team Leader who has grown through the inside sales journey and comes from a similar background in a growing, product-based (D2C) company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, staying close to day-to-day sales activities, and growing along with an expanding organization.

What you will do:

  • Handle and guide an inside sales team
  • Support the team with daily calling, follow-ups, and closures
  • Track performance and work on improving conversions
  • Coach team members on sales pitch, communication, and closing skills
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling

What we are looking for:

  • Someone with a similar background in telecalling / inside sales
  • Experience working in a growing, product-based or D2C company
  • Exposure to handling or supporting a sales team
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools for lead and sales tracking
  • Good communication skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset
