Job Description

Sales & Business Development

  • Execute targeted sales campaigns to achieve sales objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify and develop potential clients while increasing share within existing accounts
  • Overcome client objections and provide tailored solutions matching client requirements
  • Conduct client communications via phone, email, Skype, or in-person meetings
  • Maintain regular contact with key clients and prospective leads

Client Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement
  • Provide market insights and expertise to educate clients through the recruitment cycle
  • Track and report on client feedback, product content, pricing, and service performance

Lead Generation & Account Management

  • Generate new leads and manage accounts to achieve KPIs for placements, gross profit, call volume, and client acquisition
  • Increase business mix and revenue from individual clients
  • Support sales and marketing strategy alignment with company objectives

Planning & Reporting

  • Maintain a weekly schedule of planned sales activities
  • Update Managing Director and Sales & Marketing Director on client feedback, market trends, and business opportunities
