We're looking for acontract to hire hands-on Growth Marketing Managerto own awareness and demand generation acrosstwo complementary B2B ventures.
What you will own
- Website messaging and landing page improvements for both businesses
- LinkedIn presence (company pages + founder amplification)
- Content research, planning, and execution (posts, blogs, thought leadership)
- Ideal customer profile (ICP) and market research
- Small, focused paid experiments (LinkedIn Ads, Google Search)
- Performance tracking, insights, and recommendations
This role is a great fit if you:
- Have owned growth for a B2B product or service
- Enjoy working across more than one brand using shared systems
- Are comfortable in early-stage, ambiguous environments
- Balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Think in outcomes, not just channels or tools
Qualifications
- 37+ years in B2B growth, demand generation, or digital marketing
- Strong writing and messaging skills
- Hands-on experience with websites, content, and LinkedIn
- Experience running and optimizing paid campaigns
- Comfortable analyzing performance and making tradeoffs
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS platforms is a plus
- Professional services or SMB-focused marketing experience
