Role Summary
We are looking for a result-driven B2B Sales Executive who can actively generate business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and close ERP software deals within defined pricing structures. This is a revenue-focused role, not a marketing or coordination position.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential B2B clients through outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct product presentations and coordinate demos along with technical team.
Maintain strong negotiation while adhering to company pricing plans.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers.
Work closely with CEO and service head during client discussions.
Maintain weekly pipeline and closing reports.
Requirements
25 years experience in B2B SaaS / ERP / IT solution sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in selling structured pricing without heavy discounting.
Experience handling demos or enterprise discussions is preferred.
