Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Email Marketing Specialist (focused on Lead Generation) based in Bengaluru. The specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and engagement. Key tasks include creating database, managing email marketing software, implementing marketing automation strategies, executing email campaigns, utilizing marketing analytics to improve campaign performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective messaging and workflows. The role also involves analyzing campaign metrics and ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly performance-drivenB2B Email Marketing Specialist (focused on Lead Generation)with deep expertise in data base creation tools, email marketing, cold outreach, automation, and deliverability management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling high-volume email programs that drive qualified pipeline, MQL/SQL growth, and measurable revenue impact across global markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Marketing & Outreach
  • Lead end-to-end B2B email marketing including being comfortable with creating huge sets of database. Run multichannel outreach campaigns across Email, LinkedIn, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and scale high-volume cold email sequencing campaigns using tools such as Instantly.ai, Smartlead.ai, Lemlist and other leading tools.
  • Focus on getting results: clicks, response, meetings.
  • Be aware of email warming process and ensures hygiene
CRM & Marketing Automation
  • Advise clients on their CRM requirements and have prior experience of using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Brevo among other leading tools.
  • Build automation and manage the entire calendar of emails for various clients.
Lead Generation & ABM Targeting
  • Drive database growth, enrichment, and validation using Apollo.io, Clay, and similar tools.
  • Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) targeting strategies to improve lead quality and pipeline contribution.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align outreach strategy with revenue goals.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics including open rate, reply rate and leads generated.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement performance improvements.
  • Present insights and performance reports to leadership stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, cold outreach, and marketing automation.
  • Experience of creating database with accurate tools
  • Create strategy for various clients
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients
  • Proficiency in writing email copies
  • Has owned numbers and has past record of delivering results monthly
  • CANDIDATES WHO ARE ALREADY BASED IN BANGALORE SHOULD APPLY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Being an individual contributor and having the ability to manage multiple clients
