We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can help us identify potential prospects and initiate meaningful conversations through targeted email outreach.

Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for researching qualified prospects and running cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads for our SEO and web development services.

Your primary objective will be to start conversations with decision-makers and generate qualified leads that can be passed to our strategy team.

This role requires someone who understands prospect research, and cold email strategy, particularly within the digital marketing or agency ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesProspect Research
  • Identify businesses that may benefit from SEO and website development services
  • Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, geography, and growth signals
  • Research key decision-makers such as Founders, Marketing Heads, Digital Managers, or Growth Leaders

Cold Email Campaigns
  • Design and execute cold email outreach campaigns
  • Personalise emails to improve engagement and response rates
  • Use outreach messaging such as free SEO audits, website analysis, or growth insights to start conversations

Lead Qualification
  • Engage with interested prospects and understand their requirements
  • Identify qualified opportunities and pass them to the internal team for further discussion

Campaign Optimisation
  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, reply rates, and lead quality
  • Continuously refine email messaging and targeting strategies to improve results

Required Experience
  • 45 years of experience in email marketing, B2B outreach, or lead generation
  • Experience generating leads for SEO agencies, digital marketing agencies, or web development services
  • Strong understanding of prospect research and ICP targeting
  • Proven track record of generating qualified leads via cold email outreach
