Role Overview
As a B2B Business Development Representative at Curatal, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding corporate clients. You will play a critical role in expanding Curatal's presence in the B2B market by promoting our digital hiring solutions, understanding organizational recruitment needs, and building long-term partnerships with HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients across industries.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking channels.
- Understand client hiring challenges and position Curatal's solutions effectively.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultation discussions.
- Nurture leads through consistent communication and relationship-building.
- Support the sales cycle from initial interest to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM logs and pipelines.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer success teams.
- Represent Curatal professionally in all client interactions.
