Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a B2B Business Development Intern, based in Gurugram. The intern will support various business development activities, including lead generation, market research, and identifying new opportunities. Additional responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, assisting in customer service initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results. The role provides hands-on experience in B2B business dynamics and customer engagement practices.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for business decision-making
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Lead Generation methods
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective client interactions and internal collaboration
  • Experience or interest in Customer Service operations is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
