Role Description

This full-time, on-site B2B Associate Sales role is based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will be responsible for building and managing relationships with agency partners, driving business growth, and meeting sales targets. Key responsibilities include onboarding new agency partners, nurturing existing partnerships, analyzing business performance, and supporting partners with product knowledge and training. The role requires active engagement with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with the ability to cultivate and manage client relationships
  • Proven ability to analyze business performance and implement effective growth strategies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in conducting training and delivering product demonstrations
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and effectively manage multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with general insurance products and the BFSI sector is advantageous
  • Experience with agency distribution models will be considered a plus
  • Relevant educational background in business, sales, or a related field
