Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Alliances & Partnership Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying potential partnership opportunities, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with key partners across telecommunications, loyalty programs, insurance, and companies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the value Coto offers to its community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with Coto's mission and business goals.
  • Develop and manage demand partnerships:Establish and nurture relationships that directly drive user engagement and revenue through structured deals involving free, discounted, or volume-based consultation offerings across strategic sectors.
  • Identify and target potential partners in specified sectors, including conducting market research and engagement strategies.
  • Negotiate and close deals with partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial guidelines.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, including regular reviews and identification of new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, legal, etc.) to develop co-branded offerings, integrated solutions, and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance, making recommendations for improvements and expansions.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Sales experience is an advantage.
  • Good presentation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
