Azure SQL DBA

Role & responsibilities

SQL DBA Administrator :

1) Installation and configuration of MS SQL Servers 2008/2008R2/2012/2014/2017/2019/2022

2) Good exposure with SQL Server HADR Always on availability groups,DB mirroring, Log shipping and Clustering.

3) Transaction log backup, Full back-up,Rebuild Index, Update Statistics and Cleanup task.

4) Service pack and Cumulative update installation/upgradation on SQL instances

5) Setup Alerts, Notifications, Jobs with automated response solution schedules.

6) Experience in SQL server migration and upgrade

7) Experience in automating process

8) Exposure in SSIS,SSRS,SSAS.

9) Expertise in Access management, Network, and security of SQL Server.
