Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable, secure, and resilientsolutions on MicrosoftAzurealigned with theAzureWell-Architected Framework.
Lead cloud readiness assessments, application modernization planning, and on-prem to cloud migration initiatives.
Develop high-level and low-levelarchitecture designs covering compute, storage, networking, identity, backup/DR, and monitoring.
ArchitectcomplexAzurenetworkingsolutions, with a strong focus on:
azurenetworking foundations
azure Hybrid Connectivity (VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, VNet Peering)
network security and segmentation usingAzureFirewall and NSGs
scaling, best practices, and limitations of network infrastructure
Cross-tenant connectivity and multi-subscription designs
Drivearchitecture discussions around scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, compliance, and performance.
Lead the implementation of advancedAzureActive Directory (AD) Premium features focused on security, identity governance, and compliance.
Architectand provisionAzureKubernetes Service(AKS) clusters inAzure, including configuration of node pools, sizing, and integration with otherAzureservices.
Provide end-to-end system design for critical platforms such as core banking systemsincluding app servers, databases, messaging layers, security modules, and third-party integrations.
Guide DevOps strategy and CI/CD implementations using GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Develop and present Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models and migration cost estimations to stakeholders.
Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all assigned resources and ensure smooth delivery in collaboration with engineers, PMs, and client teams.
Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and misconfigurations with industry best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
12+ years of professional IT experience with a strong focus on cloudarchitecture andsolutiondelivery.
10+ years working with MicrosoftAzure, including designing and implementing production-grade workloads.
Proven expertise in:
AzureIaaS, PaaS, networking, and security services
Azure networking (core concepts, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, scaling, cross-tenant design)
Kubernetes (AKS), containers, andAzureApp Services
Azure Active Directory (including Premium features)
Devops methodologies and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions,AzureDevOps)
Identity & Access Management (IAM), policy, governance, and compliance
Strong experience conducting assessments and leading large-scale migrations.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to present technicalsolutions to business stakeholders.
Effective leadership and collaboration capabilities in a cross-functional and client-facing environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
RelevantAzurecertifications (SolutionsArchitect, DevOps Engineer, Security Associate)
Strong background in infrastructure and networking
Experience in Agile/DevOps environments and use of collaborative tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Experience working in core banking or other regulated domains is a plus
