Provide technical and operational subject matter expertise of Azure Infrastructure
Evaluate needs and deliver solutions using Azure services and service components
Engineer MS Azure solutions, providing deep technical knowledge on various Azure architecture elements deployed.
Support the development, deployment, and execution of Azure services and develop related service strategies.
Develop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design, artifacts, knowledge guides, and operating procedures.
Administer and support Azure systems configurations and policies.
Provide leadership to the team in supporting the development and execution of Azure service roadmaps and service strategy, including Governance, Licensing, and Policy.
Facilitate discovery sessions and surface and analyse customer business requirements and align it with Azure services and cloud adoption framework.
Support technical and program teams to translate requirements into solution designs and influence stakeholders to drive consensus on approach and work towards achieving desired outcomes.
Develop concise and accurate engineering documentation including design plans, implementation guides, knowledge guides, and standard operating procedures
Support the PM in development and maintenance of Project Plans and Schedules, Test Plans, and Acceptance Criteria for implementation of services and capabilities of Azure
Provide hands on technical support for the design, construction, configuration, and maintenance of all facets of an Azure Tenant.
Support mission critical, 24x7 systems; available for shift and weekend tasks as assigned
Interface with Microsoft for any Tier 3 support.
Participate in monthly patching maintenance.
Ability to verify the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
Keep up the morale of team members and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of a project.
Technology Skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services and core elements: Active Directory, High Availability and Disaster Recovery Configurations, Network & Security services.
