Azure Lead Platform Engineer | 13 to 16 Years | Bangalore & Pune

Job Description

Deliver cloud use cases based on defined architecture and framework.
Develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure services, adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, and security
Lead team of cloud engineers, providing guidance and mentoring to help them improve their skills and work effectively.
Peer review code, ensuring it is of high quality, well-structured, and maintainable.
Connect with Architects and business users to clarify feature requirements
Identify best cloud architecture options, tools to accomplish project goals
Create product backlog and plan sprint based on feature release plan
First point of contact to interact with external teams
Conduct training for deployment and Operations teams on developed products
Implement security best practices, identity and access management (IAM) policies, and encryption mechanisms to ensure data protection and compliance with security standards.

Primary Skills

• Strong understanding of Azure well architected framework. ( 5-6Yrs)
• Experience in building Public / hybrid cloud solutions with Azure(6-7Yrs)
• Expert in building IaC using Bicep/ARM and Terraform/Terragrunt (3-4Yrs)
• Expert in deploying and managing solutions with Containers Services (K8S, AKS, ACS) (3-4Yrs)
• Very Good understanding of Cloud observability using Azure monitor, Log Analytics workspace, AppInsights (1-2Yrs)
• Experience in automation techniques and architectures using Azure Automation, Functions and Logic-Apps ( 5-6Yrs)
• Experience in building products using enterprise integration patterns and practices (like event-driven architectures) (6-7Yrs)

Secondary Skills

• Expert in software development practices including source code management (Git), Agile principles, Scrum and Kanban (6-7Yrs)
• Good knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools with Azure and Git (4-5Yrs)
• Experience in working with Ansible and Jenkins(5-6Yrs)
