The Azure AIS Lead is responsible for architecting, designing, and delivering enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft Azure Integration Services (AIS), including API Management, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Azure Functions. This role provides technical leadership, drives best practices, and ensures secure, scalable, and highquality integration delivery across complex enterprise landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead endtoend design and implementation of Azure-based integration architectures.

Define API, messaging, and workflow patterns using APIM, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and serverless components.

Oversee integration governance, security models, versioning, and reusable frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, DevOps, App Teams, ERP, CRM) to ensure seamless system interoperability.

Review solution designs, troubleshoot complex integration issues, and optimize performance.

Mentor engineering teams and enforce Azure WellArchitected and AIS best practices.

Support CI/CD automation, monitoring, and operationalization of integration workloads.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years in integration engineering; 4+ years on Azure Integration Services.

Strong expertise in APIM, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid/Event Hub, Azure Functions.

Hands-on experience with REST API design, messaging patterns, eventdriven architecture.

Solid understanding of security, networking, governance, and DevOps on Azure.

Experience working in large-scale, high-availability enterprise ecosystems.
