Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to support and lead infrastructure operations for the Asia region. This role focuses on ensuring resilience, performance, and security across cloud and hybrid environments, while enabling delivery teams and contributing to scalable IP and best practices within the company ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead infrastructure support for the Asia region
  • Ensure platform resilience, performance, and availability
  • Handle and resolve requests from Pod Leads and stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between Asia teams and US/global partners
  • Contribute to IP creation, reusable frameworks, and best practices
  • Support cloud migrations and hybrid infrastructure operations
  • Enable delivery teams with technical guidance and operational support
  • Lead and mentor a small team (2 members)

Requirements:

  • 6&ndash8 years of relevant experience
  • Location: Bangalore, India
  • Remote: Yes
  • Time Zone: IST

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Azure infrastructure
  • Deep expertise in resilience engineering
  • Experience with cloud on-prem infrastructure services
  • Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance optimization
  • Experience with compute capacity and system performance management
  • Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Ability to work autonomously at a senior level

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with monitoring/observability tools
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation
  • Experience in cloud migrations and hybrid environments
  • Familiarity with AI-driven operations or automation
  • Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks
