Project Description:
The role involves designing, developing, and supporting cloud-native applications and platforms on Microsoft Azure. The developer will work closely with architecture, DevOps, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop applications and services using Microsoft Azure
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure-native services
- Develop and deploy solutions using Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Storage
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Ensure application performance, security, and cost optimization
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, testing, and operations
- Contribute to cloud architecture decisions and best practices
Mandatory Skills Description:
- 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Infrastructure services.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Machines lifecycle management, including provisioning, configuration, scaling, and decommissioning.
- Experience with Azure Virtual Networks (VNet), Subnets, Network Security Groups (NSG), Route Tables, Private Endpoints, and hybrid networking.
- Experience managing Azure networking components such as Load Balancer, Application Gateway, and VPN Gateway.
- Strong Linux administration skills, including system configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
- Experience using GitHub or Git-based version control systems for infrastructure and code management.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and diagnostic tools.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, network security, and secure connectivity.
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code using ARM templates or Bicep.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and performance monitoring in cloud environments.
- Basic knowledge or experience with .NET / .NET Core applications and deployment in Azure environments.
- Experience working in Agile delivery models.
- Prior experience in enterprise-scale or regulated environments.
