Azure ETL Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and other Azure tools.
• Process and manage data feeds, particularly MGA/TPA feeds, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand data requirements.
• Integrate, transform, and load data from various sources to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Optimize ETL processes for scalability and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data integration and processing.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL pipeline issues promptly.
• Maintain documentation for ETL processes and data workflows.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL development with Azure.
• Proven expertise in Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with processing MGA/TPA data feeds.
• Strong understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and data transformation logic.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data integration best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for data processing.
• Experience in hybrid work environments.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Candidates should be based in Chennai or Bengaluru, ideally both from the same location).
