We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Azure DevOps Trainer to conduct offline classroom training sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure DevOps tools and a proven track record in training students or professionals in a classroom or institutional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver instructor-led offline training on Azure DevOps concepts and tools
- Develop and update training materials, course content, and real-time use cases
- Provide hands-on training on:
- Azure DevOps Services (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans, Artifacts)
- CI/CD pipeline creation and management
- Git and version control systems
- Teach concepts such as:
- Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Build & Release Management
- Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Conduct practical labs, assignments, and project-based learning sessions
- Assess student progress through tests, assignments, and mock interviews
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools and Azure updates
Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of:
- Azure DevOps Services
- Git / GitHub / Azure Repos
- CI/CD pipelines
- YAML pipelines
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
- Understanding of:
- Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)
- Cloud fundamentals (Azure)
- Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Ability to explain complex DevOps concepts in a simple, practical way
Mandatory Requirements:- Proven experience as a technical trainer/instructor (offline preferred)
- Experience in handling classroom batches (students or working professionals)
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring
- Ability to deliver hands-on, practical training sessions
