Primary Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
A leading HR consulting and talent solutions provider operating in India, partnering with enterprise clients across technology, fintech and professional services. We support cloud transformation, platform engineering and managed hiring mandates by placing hands-on engineers who deliver scalable, secure Azure-native platforms. This is an on-site role based in India to support client implementations and platform operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Artifacts) to accelerate secure software delivery.
- Author and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code for Azure workloads using Terraform and ARM Templates; drive repeatable environment provisioning and drift remediation.
- Containerize applications and operate container platforms—deploy and manage workloads on AKS, implement Helm charts, and manage container registries.
- Automate release orchestration, environment promotions and rollback strategies; integrate Git-based workflows and branching strategies for reliable releases.
- Implement monitoring, logging and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana) and maintain runbooks for incident response and reliability improvements.
- Embed DevSecOps practices: manage secrets (Key Vault), perform IaC scanning, and collaborate with security and development teams to enforce compliance and secure deployment pipelines.
