Principal Duties:
- Coordinates and leads the architecture, design, development, and operational support for backend systems.
- Oversees incident management and ensures the implementation of preventative measures, including performing blameless postmortems.
- Manages lifecycle management (LCM) activities, vulnerability management, and capacity planning.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, processes, and best practices.
- Provides regular operational, incident, and change reports.
- Mentors and coaches team members, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Partners with other teams, including Automation Engineering and Enterprise Architecture (EA), to align on solutions and strategic initiatives.
Experience:
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in backend system design, development, and support.
- Advanced skills in incident management, lifecycle management, and system reliability.
- Strong experience with performance tuning, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Preferred:
1. 2-5 years of experience on cloud technology.
2. Kubernetes, Linux, openshift,
3. CaaS onboarding support,Helm Chart,ISTIO
4. Should have good understanding Networking IP knowledge
5. Knowledge on CNF/VNF onboarding support
6. Good understanding of LLD,HLD.
