Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer
Work Location: On-site in India
Role Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
- Utilize Azure DevOps tools to automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Manage source control with Git and ensure version integrity.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Monitor and maintain application performance and availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and workflows.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews.
- Optimize systems for scalability and performance improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
- Strong understanding of Azure DevOps services and features.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of cloud architecture and networking concepts.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Certifications in Azure or DevOps practices are a plus.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Azure Monitor or Grafana.
- Understanding of database management and cloud storage solutions.
- A proactive approach to learning new technologies.
