Azure DevOps Consultant

Job Description

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with 6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation solutions in Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Terraform, Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD, Azure Bicep, PowerShell scripting, AKS, Containerization, and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

. Design, implement, and manageCI/CD pipelinesusingAzure DevOps (ADO).

. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Azure Bicep.

. Build and maintainscalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud environments.

. Deploy, manage, and troubleshootAKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)clusters and containerized workloads.

. Develop and maintain automation scripts usingPowerShellandPython.

. Manageapplication deployment processes, release pipelines, and environment promotions.

. ImplementInfrastructure as Code (IaC)best practices for Azure resources.

. Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams for seamless application delivery.

. Monitor and optimize build, release, and deployment workflows.

. Ensuresecurity, governance, and compliancestandards are followed across DevOps processes.

. Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and performance optimization for cloud-native applications.

. Participate inarchitecture discussions, migration planning, and DevOps transformation initiatives..

Required Skills & Experience:

. 5-7 years of experience inDevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Automation

. Strong hands-on experience inTerraformfor Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

. Expertise inAzure DevOps (ADO)for build and release pipeline management

. Good experience in designing and implementingCI/CD pipelines

. Strong knowledge ofAzure Bicep / ARM templatesfor infrastructure provisioning

. Proficiency inPowerShell scriptingfor automation and administration tasks

. Experience inPython scriptingfor DevOps automation and integrations

. Hands-on experience withAzure Kubernetes Service (AKS)andcontainerization technologiessuch as Docker

. Good understanding ofcloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and environment management

. Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, and deployment support experience

. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate- AZ-104

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - AZ-305

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Relevant professional certifications strongly preferred.

Experience :

• 5 - 7 years experience
